(CRIME NO.4/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Modify the condition imposed para no.6(c) by the order dated 26.05.2022 of this Hon'ble Court made in Crl.O.P.No.12604 & 12599 of 2022. (CRL.M.P.NOS.7514 & 7515/2022 IN CRL.O.P.NOS.12604 & 12599/2022] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.BASKAR, Advocate for the petitioner, [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] and of M/S.S.VINOTH KUMAR, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition in para 6(b&c) imposed by an order of this Court dated 26.05.2022 while granting bail to the petitioners.

2. On considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition in para 6(b) ie.,"the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" shall stands as it is.

3. As far as the condition in para 6(c) ie., "the petitioners shall furnish immovable property as security worth of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only ) each before the trial Court" is modified as follows:- "The petitioners shall furnish immovable property as security worth Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees Five Lakhs Only) each before the trial Court, however, by the property belonging to themselves or through any third party "

4. Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous petitions are modified with the above terms and time is extended for a further period of two weeks by conclusion for furnishing the sureties from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. All other conditions remain unaltered.
