ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition with the grievance that proposed shop shall not be allowed to be established and functioned. He has sent a representation dated 31.07.2020 to the respondents 1 to 4 in this regard. Seeking adjudication on the representation, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition.

2. Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation of the petitioner dated 31.07.2020, we direct the 3rd respondent to look into the representation made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
