This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondents to furnish security for an amount of Rs.50,15,683.48 (Rupees Fifty Lakhs Fifteen Thousand and Six Hundred and Eighty Three and Forty Eight Paise Only) failing which to order attachment of the schedule property by way of interim measure pending finalization of arbitration proceedings passing of Award and enforcement. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant sought permission to withdraw this application and also made an endorsement to that effect.
