(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) Mr.Raghavachari, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that this Court has already passed an order directing removal of wall put up by the builder on the Government land. It is submitted that more than 2000 residents are residing in the gated community and sudden removal of the wall would throw upon miscreants to get easy access to the area occupied in the gated community.

2. Considering the submission, eight weeks time is granted enabling the flat owners or their association of the apartment in question to put up or raise similar wall. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
