O R D E R

Pursuant to the Sale Deed dated 29.04.2011 said to have been executed in his favour for the land in S.No.56/1 to an extent of 50 cents, the petitioner made a representation dated 17.07.2015 seeking sub-division followed by separate patta. It is also seen that the petitioner has taken delivery through Court and the Sale Deed was executed by the Court. As the said representation dated 17.07.2015 has not been considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
