2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition only from 15.04.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition only from 15.04.2016, this Court is of the view that it is premature to consider this application for modification. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
