The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on receipt of the complaint from the defacto complainant, the respondent police registered the case in CSR No.849 of 2019 and conducted detailed enquiry and the same was closed. Therefore, as of now, no complaint is pending on the file of the respondent police and there is no question of harassment to the petitioner at the hands of the respondent police. Hence the petition is devoid of merits.
