Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to Relax the conditions imposed to the Petitioners that they should report the Investigating Officer on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.2279 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No,24435 of 2021 its dated 07.03.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.THIRISANGU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.2279 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24435 of 2021 on 07.03.2022 to report before the Investigating Officer on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
