The learned counsel appearing for the appellant filed a memo dated 23.03.2018 stating to dispose of the second appeal as settled out of Court, in view of the memo of understanding dated 23.03.2018 entered between the appellant and the 5th respondent herein. The Memorandum of understanding entered into at Chennai on 23.03.2018 has also been filed.
