This petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Polur, Thiruvannamalai District, to commit the case in PRC No.6 of 2014 to the Court of Sessions/Special Court for SC/ST Act cases.

2. Pursuant to the order dated 23.04.2018, the Judicial Magistrate, Polur, has sent a report dated 02.05.2018, wherein, it is stated that the case in PRC No.6 of 2014 has been committed to the Court of Sessions.

3. The leaned Additional Public prosecutor submitted that the said case has been numbered as S.C.No.57 of 2018 and the same is pending before the Special Court for SC/ST Act cases.
