This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the complaint lodged by the counter party, he was issued C.S.R.No.57 of 2020. The respondent police conducted the enquiry and the same was closed.
