ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.19 of 2021 dated 18.02.2021 and granting enlarging the petitioner on bail with a condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m. for 15 days from the date of release from the jail and further directed to appear on first Sunday of every calendar month until further orders.

2. The petitioner was granted bail in crime No.91 of 2020 registered for the alleged offence in Crl.M.P.No.19 of 2021 vide order dated 18.02.2021 with the following conditions:

(i) The petitioner shall execute bond on his own for a sum of Rs.10,000/- before the prison authority and the petitioner shall furnish two sureties for Rs.10,000/- for like sum to the satisfaction of this Court and the sureties shall affix their photographs and left thumb impression in the surety bond. The sureties shall produce Aadhar Card, Bank pass book with recent entries and ration card for their identification and residential proof.

(ii) The petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., for 15 days from the date of release from jail and further directed to appear on first sunday of day of every calendar month until further orders. (iii) The petitioner shall report before the Court and also the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. (iv) The petitioner shall not tamper evidence or witness either during investigation or trial.

(v) The petitioner shall not abscond either during investigation or trial.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, this Court is inclined to relax the conditions imposed by the Court below. Accordingly, the conditions imposed in the order dated 18.02.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.19 of 2021 is relaxed.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stand closed.
