PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in the guise of illegal detention under the 3rd respondent police custody by threatening him with illegal means and acts.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Santhosh, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that a case in Crime No.74 of 2023 has been registered against the petitioner for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 307 & 506(2) by the respondent. 3.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
