This Review Application has been filed to review the Judgment passed by this Court on 03.08.2021 in S.A.No.732 of 2012.
2. It is informed by the learned Senior Counsel for the applicant that the dispute between the applicant and the Official Assignee/respondent/appellant in S.A.No.732 of 2012 has been compromised and therefore the Order passed by this Court on 03.08.2021 may be recalled and submits that a Memo to that effect regarding the settlement of dispute between the applicant and the Official Assignee/respondent/appellant will be filed on the next date of hearing and seeks time.
