Application No.2932 of 2023 in C.S. No.382 of 2016 A.A. NAKKIRAN, J., This application has been filed to appoint an Advocate Commissioner in C.S. No.382 of 2016 to divide the plaint schedule property 12 equal shares in the A Schedule, 4 equal shares in the B schedule properties, and 32 equal shares in the C schedule properties and 4 equal shares in the E schedule properties in S.No.114/3 measuring 48 cents by mets and bounds and to allot 3/12th share in the A schedule, 1/4th share in the B schedule, 3/32 share in C schedule and 1/4th share collectively in the E schedule properties in S.No.114/3 measuring 48 cents to the petitioners.

2. Heard both sides and perused the affidavit filed in support of the application.

3. In view of the submission made on either side, this Court is of the view, an Advocate Commissioner could be appointed to divide the plaint schedule property as stated above and file a report. For this purpose, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

A.A. NAKKIRAN, J., Lbm Mrs.R. Chitra, Enr. No.240/2012, No.256 New Additional Law Chamber, Chennai-104 (Cell:9952028491) is appointed as Advocate Commissioner. The Advocate Commissioner is directed to divide the plaint schedule properties A.B,C, and E in S.No.114/3, measuring 48 cents as per the averment in the affidavit filed in support of the application and file a report on or before 18.07.2023. He can take the assistance of Local Surveyor, Chennai. A sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) has to be paid by the applicants directly to the Advocate Commissioner after filing the report.
