City Civil Court at Chennai (in CMP.NO.10342 OF 2020).
Order : This miscellaneous petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.BALASUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.SUMATHY, Advocate for the 1st & 2nd Respondents, the court made the following order:- Learned counsel for the petitioner / appellant submitted that the respondents 4 and 5 alone are indulged in putting up constructions and he is no way connected with the construction activities.
