ORDER

By this application, the intending plaintiff seeks to dispense with notice under Section 80 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 insofar as the 16th defendant is concerned. 2. On examining the draft plaint, it appears that the relief sought is targeted primarily at defendants 1 to 15, except for the relief at paragraph 29(c) of the plaint. In these circumstances, this application is allowed by dispensing with notice under Section 80 of the CPC insofar as the 16th defendant is concerned. Consequently, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if otherwise in order.
