The suit against which the revision arises is one filed in terms of Section 6 of the Specific Relief Act.

No allegations have been made against the Wakf Board or its employees.

2. To determine the proceeding under Section 6 of the Specific Relief Act, a person who dispossess the plaintiff alone is a proper and necessary party and the others are not.

This is not a suit on title.

3. Therefore, the presence of the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board in this revision or in the suit is absolutely unnecessary. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
