Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner with regard to payable of principal amount without Interest and Penal Interest and Expenditure on basis of "One Time Settlement" and pass orders within a limited time frame in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2021. Mr.M.Shahjahan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.R.Kumaravel, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 3 and 4.

2.This writ petition is disposed at the time of admission by directing the petitioner to pay the amount determined by the Cooperative Sub Registrar in his order dated 20.01.2011 bearing reference Tha.Va.No.344/2009-2010 amounting to Rs.94,368/- being the amount due as on date and further a sum of Rs.50,000/- within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The representation of the petitioner for "One Time Settlement" shall be considered by the respondents and appropriate decision can be taken by the respondent in this regard.

3.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that in case the petitioner fails to pay the amount on such time, the order shall stand vacated automatically. No costs.
