When the matter is taken up today for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the revision petitions. She has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundles.

2. Permission is granted. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, both the civil revision petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
