K.C.Jaganatha Achari v. G.Manoharan

This petition has been filed to bring the following persons (1) S.Nirmala, (2) R.Chithra and (3) K.Vijaya Lakshmi as the petitioners 3 to 5 in the above CRP, as the legal heirs of the deceased K.C.Jaganathan Achari as petitioners 3 to 5 pending disposal of the above CRP.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of this petition, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendments in the cause title.
