APPEAL under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent against the order dated 19.12.2012 made in W.P.No.559 of 2006. WP.No.559 of 2006:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Consitutiton of India praying for a Writ of Certirarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to proceedings A1/267/2005 dt. 2.08.2005 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to revise the pension of the petitioner after including the increments for the period from 1.1.1996 to 22.6.1998.

JUDGMENT
