(CRIME NO.1683 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed under clause(a) of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P. No.19942 of 2020 in Crl.M.P.No.3109 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19942/2020 order dated 26/03/2021 directing the petitioners/accused to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.KARTHIK, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in clause(a) of the order dated 26.03.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3109 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19942 of 2020.

2. This Court, vide order dated 26.03.2021, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

6. Considering the facts the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3109 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19942 of 2020., this Court is not inclined to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, this order will not stand in the way for the petitioner to comply with the condition imposed by this Court -sd/- 13/08/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
