This petition has been filed by the de-facto complainant to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.6 of 2017 at early.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent has registered a case on 09.03.2017 in Crime No.6 of 2017 under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 IPC, but, thereafter no action has been taken.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that, the investigation is in progress and she seeks four weeks time for filing final report.

4. Considering, the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
