(Order of the Court was made by T.Raja, J.) This WMP. has been filed seeking to substitute Mr.B.Balasubramanian as the present President of the petitioner's Association instead of Mr.K.P.Gowthanman.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner drawing our attention to the proceedings dated 02.01.2022 issued by the Election Officer Mr.E.Sundaravaradan, G6, F Block submitted that the newly elected office bearers have been appointed and they have also assumed office forthwith. Therefore, the newly elected President Mr.B.Balasubramanian name has to be substituted instead of Mr.K.P.Gowthanman representing the petitioner's Association.

3. In view of the proceedings dated 02.01.2022 issued by the Election Officer Mr.E.Sundaravaradan, G6, F Block, the present WMP. stands ordered accordingly.
