The documents are CD rom containing the source code C.D roms prepared prior to and during the period of franchise agreement and screen shot of software being used and screen shot of the profiles of the defendants in linked in and Facebook portals in the name of Khambadkones.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the respondent/defendant.

3. The issues of admissibility and relevancy of the said documents will have to be decided when the documents are actually produced and marked during trial. It is open to the respondent/defendant to question the relevancy of the said documents during cross-examination of the witness. It is also to be noted that admissibility would also require certificate under 65(B) of the Evidence Act. The documents should also be proved in manner known to law.
