ORDER

This Court, vide order dated 15.11.2024, allowed the Civil Revision Petition, subject to payment of costs of Rs.3,000/- payable by the petitioner to the respondents by way of demand draft on or before 05.12.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that costs of Rs.3,000/-, as imposed by this Court, had been paid to the respondents by way of demand draft in D.D.No.925808 dated 28.11.2024. In this regard, the learned counsel for the petitioner has already filed a memo of compliance dated 06.12.2024.

3. In the light of the order dated 15.11.2024, the Civil Revision Petition stands allowed.
