Both the learned counsel for the plaintiffs and defendants submit that the dispute was settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, annexed to this Court by executing a Joint memo of compromise dated 19.12.2019.

2. The plaintiffs and defendants are also present in the Court in person. Upon perusal of the Joint memo of compromise, I find that each of the plaintiffs and each of the defendants have signed in the said Joint memo of compromise. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs and the learned counsel for the defendants have also signed in the said Joint memo of compromise.

3. It is represented that the parties agreed that the plaintiffs would be entitled to the Schedule - A & B properties. whereas the defendants would be entitled to Schedule - C properties. It is also represented that the title deeds for the Schedule - A & B properties would be handed over by the defendants to the plaintiffs today. http://www.judis.nic.in

4. Upon consideration of the aforesaid, I find that there is no impediment to pass the decree in terms of the Joint memo of compromise. Accordingly, this Suit is decreed in terms of Joint memo of compromise, dated 19.12.2019, which shall form an integral part of the decree.

5. The Registry is directed to give a refund of the full Court Fee to the plaintiffs, in view of the settlement before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
