This petition is filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to expeditiously pass orders on the petitioner dated 12.06.2015 given by the petitioner under Section 133 of the Criminal Procedure Code within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

Seeking initiation of the proceedings under Section 133 of the Criminal Procedure Code on the ground that certain private persons have encroached upon the government land, the petitioner made representations on dated 14.05.2015 and 19.05.2015.

2. On the receipt of the same, the respondent No. 1 has directed the respondent No. 3 to take appropriate action. As no action was taken by the respondent No. 3, the petitioner made another representation on 12.06.2015 to the respondent No. 2 and thereafter, has come before this Court.

3. Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation made by the petitioner 12.06.2015 and the communication of the respondent No. 1 dated 25.05.2015, a direction is issued to the respondent No. 2, to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of copy of this order. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
