This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned letter dated 10.8.2009 in F. No. R-582/CHA-Vol-II of the 2nd respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that as against the grant of license, the legal heirs of the deceased partner of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner company filed a civil suit, which is still pending for the same cause of action.

3. In view of the same, this writ petition does not survive and accordingly, the same is dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
