When the matter came up for hearing before this Court on 06.11.2024 this Court observed as follows:- "No representation for the revision petitioner. 2.Mr.Ranjith, learned counsel representing Mr.S.Namasivayam, learned counsel on record for the respondent is present.

3.With a view to give one more opportunity to the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is adjourned to 08.11.2024."

Again, when the matter came up for hearing before this Court on 08.11.2024 this Court observed as follows:- "There is no representation for the revision petitioner. 2.However, with a view to give one more opportunity to the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is adjourned to 13.11.2024.

3.List the matter on 13.11.2024. It is made clear that no further adjournment will be given on that day." 3.

Subsequently, when the matter came up for hearing before this Court on 13.11.2024 this Court observed as follows:- "No representation for the revision petitioner. 2.Mr.N.Ranjith, learned counsel for the respondent is present.

Today also, there is no representation for the revision petitioner. 5.

Mr.N.Ranjith, learned counsel for the respondent is present. 6.

Despite sufficient opportunities given to the revision petitioner, the revision petitioner has not proceeded with the Civil Revision Petition. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 15.11.2024 MSM 3/4
