This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Mandamus to directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action as against the 4th respondent to shift the School Premises from Bajanai Koil Street, Reddypalayam Village, Kattakanallur Madura,No.1, Arani Taluk, comprised in Survey No.91/2 of an extent of 10.60 cent situated within the limits of Registration District of Thiruvannamalai and sub Registration District of Cheyyar to any other nearby place taking into account the life and safety of the students and the staffs.

ORDER

The writ petition filed by the petitioner's husband Mr.A.Ganesan, in W.P.No.32423 of 2016, seeking to cancel the registration granted to the 4th respondent school, was closed as infructuous, taking note of closure order passed by the second respondent herein. When that is the position, the present writ petition seeking a mandamus to respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action against the 4th respondent to shift the school premises from the present place, which belongs to the petitioner, is not sustainable, as the school has already been closed.
