The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court to file a better affidavit and the affidavit should refrain from making unnecessary and scandalous allegations against the officials.
