J, These petitions were filed to condone the delay of 210 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused for the 1st respondent, to set aside the abatement caused to the 1st respondent and to bring the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent. 2.Today, when the matter came for hearing, Mr.A.Arumugam, the learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the proposed respondents 2 to 7.
3.In the said circumstance, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. These petitions are allowed.
