CRIME NO. 279 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders on the petitioners in crl op 10935 of 2021 dated 25.06.2021 Order :This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S V.SAKKARAPANI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.C.E.PRATAP, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Clause 6(f) of the order dated 25.06.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10935 of 2021.

2. This Court, vide order dated 25.06.2021, directed the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioners to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 25.06.2021 stand unaltered.
