Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide house to petitioner's family on considering the Token No.136 which was issued by the Tahsildar, Oulgarpet Taluk, Pondicherry for the allotment 1/4

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to provide house to petitioner's family on considering the Token No.136 which was issued by the Tahsildar, Oulgarpet Taluk, Pondicherry for the allotment of house proposed for Tsunami Affected Person, without any discrimination among the Tsunami affected families, on considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2021. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.04.2021 and, after giving personal opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of 2/4

this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
