This petition is filed to direct the respondent Police to register and investigate the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.01.2015 in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that the Inspector of Police is conducting enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner.

The petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police on 22.04.2015 at 6.30 p.m. The petitioner is further directed to appear before the respondent Police, as and when called upon and also on dates on which the Inspector of Police would require the presence of the petitioner.
