For Petitioner : Mr.K.Selvaraj For Respondents : Mr.K.Sathishkumar Government Advocate O R D E R These Writ Petitions have been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to forthwith reinstate the petitioners in service as Salesman in any of the TASMAC wine shop by considering and passing orders on the representation of the petitioners dated 26.09.2020 and 25.03.2021. 2.Though these writ petitions are filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus to issue positive directions, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the petitioners will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 26.09.2020 and 25.03.2021, within a time stipulated by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought before this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' representation, these writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 26.09.2020 and 25.03.2021 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. No costs.
