The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2021 and issue patta in her favour.

2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for issuance of patta', the learned Special Government Pleader

appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2021 has been considered and the same was rejected, vide, proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 29.06.2022 in Na.Ka.Aa1/1280/2021 and the said rejection order was submitted before this Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS VI) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar skt To 1.
