This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.108 of 2011 before the concerned court within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner herein has lodged a complaint as against one Krishnan and others and the same was registered in Crime No.108/2011 for the alleged offence under sections 452, 324, 506 (ii) IPC, but till date the investigation has not been completed and the charge sheet has not been filed. Hence, the present petition.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on completion of investigation, the charge sheet has been filed on 11.08.2011 itself but the same was not taken on file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Krishnagiri.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Krishnagiri, to take the charge sheet filed in respect of Crime No.108 of 2011 on file, on receipt of the copy of this order. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
