ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent police not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint given by the 2nd respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.
3. On a complaint given by one Sakthivel, petition enquiry is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, she shall not be harassed. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
