Order (Order of the Court was made by R.Suresh Kumar J.) The delay is 454 days. Opposing the petition to condone the delay, Mr.D.Srinivasan for Mr.M.Sivarathnam, learned counsel for the respondent has brought to our notice that when a contempt petition in Cont.P.No.456 of 2025 was moved before the learned Single Judge, the respondents / appellants herein have given an undertaking that order would be complied with on or before 27.04.2026.

2. However, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the appellants would submit that the said undertaking was made because of the pendency of the contempt petition and it was subject to the outcome of the writ appeal.

3. Recording the submissions made by both sides, this condone delay petition is ordered and the office is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post for admission on 27.04.2026. (R.S.K.,J.) (N.S.,J.) 22-04-2026 KST
