A.No.2733 of 2020 A.No.2733 of 2020 P.T. ASHA, J, This application is filed to extend the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by six months so as to enable the Tribunal to pass an Award in the arbitration proceedings pending before it.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the mandate of the Arbitrator being extended by a further period of three months.

Accordingly, this Application is ordered and the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended for a further period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
