Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to constitute a special investigating team consisting forensic experts to investigate and enquire into the illegal activities and blatant violations unleashed by the police in the incident that had happened in Thoothukudi on 22.05.2018 and 23.05.2018.
