the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass order on his representation dated 11.08.2017, wherein and whereby, he sought for amendment in the current Town Survey records based on the previous revenue records in respect of Survey NO.86/2G1, Selaiyur Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kanchipuram District.

Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.08.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent. Such exercise shall be done by the respondents 1 to 3 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
