C.M.P.No.9751 of 2016 in A.S.No.371 of 2005 V.BHARATHIDASAN . J, This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to appoint the 8th respondent as the guardian for 9th respondent. 2.The respondents 4 to 9 are legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent - Mr.G.S.Sundararaj. However, one of the legal heir of the 1st respondent is a minor and hence, the present petition has been filed to appoint the 8th respondent, who is the father of 9th respondent/Ericson Allen Paul as his guardian for prosecuting the appeal.

3.In the said circumstance, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. This petition is allowed.
