Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant interim stay of the Award dated 24.02.2016 passed by the Labour Court, Puducherry in I.D.(L). No. 24 of 2012, insofar as it relate to the direction for payment of 50% backwages to the twelve workmen concerned in the dispute raised by the 2nd respondent pending WP.No.26510 of 2017.
