O R D E R

This petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.3029 of 2022 dated 14.02.2022.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that, in due compliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3029 of 2022 dated 14.02.2022, respondent completed investigation and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Hosur on 07.11.2022 and the case has been taken up in C.C.No.231 of 2022 and summons have been issued to the accused on 13.12.2022. He would further submit that, on account of transfer of the earlier Officer, there had been some delay in complying with the order and hence the present Officer seeks pardon for the same.

3. In view of the above, delay in complying the order is condoned and accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed. 18.11.2022 Sma 2/4
