who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.03.2025, seeking bail in Cr. No.361 of 2025 registered for the offences under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) and 29(1) of NDPS Act and Section 25(1A) of Arms Act.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner was detained under Goondas Act.

3. Recording the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
