ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to give necessary direction to the Special Judge, Chengelpet to dispose of Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No.1843 of 2014 in Special Case No.3 of 2014.

2. It is averred in the petition that the petitioners have been arrayed as accused Nos.3 and 4 in Special Case No.3 of 2014. During pendency of the same, they have filed Crl.M.P.No.1843 of 2014 under section 239 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and the matter is pending for a long time. Under such circumstances, for giving necessary direction to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.1843 of 2014, the present petition has been filed.

3. Considering the nature of relief sought in the present petition, the same can be allowed.

In fine, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The Special Judge, Chengelpet is directed to dispose of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.M.P.No.1843 of 2014 in Special Calendar Case No.3 of 2014 before the end of January 2016 and report the same to the Registry without fail.
